Why does navigation order matter?

Independence of the order of links in the navigation would be great.
E.g. at the moment when I change the position of link 3 and 4 in navigation and scroll down to section 4 the PlugIn still adds the currentClass to link 3 instead of link 4.

Why would the order of your navigation not match the order of your sections?

Not sure if this is the same issue but I wanted to have the HOME(using a LOGO img) listed in the center of the nav bar for design purposes. Since the HOME id is the first section, the navigation does not match the order the sections. Also in iOS devices (iphone & ipad) the page will not scroll back to HOME for any sections listed on the nav to the left of the HOME logo. That's just how it currently works. I'm planning a rewrite and will look at the ability to have items be out of order.

But, you could get creative with CSS to get this to work.
