[Feature request]: assign tags to each pattern, so that users can select only the categories relevant to them

What do you need?

currently there are too many patterns to easily find the ones which I would find useful, unless I manually go through all pattern files and delete those which I do not find useful so that I am able to more easily chose from what is left.

this however is quite sub-optimal and time consuming, so it would be nice if I could e.g. just select certain categories of patterns, e.g. those relating to writing, philosophy, thinking etc. and exclude those e.g. not relevant to my profession such as infosec. this process of specifying which tags I care about could e.g. be facilitated via within --setup

Have you also tried this idea? The fuzzy_fabric alias:

alias fuzzy_fabric='fabric -p $(basename $(dirname $(fzf --walker-root="$HOME/.config/fabric/patterns" --preview "cat {}" --preview-window=up:50%:wrap)))'

You need "fzf" installed:

Here you can type a partial work and use your keyboard to navigate and see what the pattern does.
