Claude now has the capability to use the WebSearch tool in Fabric

Thanks to @eugeis #1502 we now can enable Web Search with the Anthropic provider.

How to enable it

Run fabric -S and go through the config flow for the "Anthropic" AI vendor. After the API Key question, you'll see:

Enable Anthropic WEB SEARCH TOOL ENABLED (true/false) (true/false, leave empty for 'false' or type 'reset' to remove the value):
true

Enter your approximate timezone location for web search (e.g., 'America/Los_Angeles', see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones). (leave empty to skip):
America/Los_Angeles
