Call to get_user_tweets seems to be not returning pinned tweets

Seems that only the one tweet is returned with client.get_user_tweets

Would it be possible to include pinned tweets aswell? Or maybe I am using wrong endpoint for this?

I believe that assumption was made that pinned tweet would be included in TimelineAddEntries, however
it is not, so I believe it is needed to merge them with TimelinePinEntry
