I'm not sure the relation of the kernel update, but others have reported issues with the part of UI being unclickable and it was due to a browser extension. Can you try disabling yours and see if it fixes it? |

When using the normal loader to load a Flux quantized model, I got an error saying the model type was unrecognized. I suspected it was due to an outdated kernel, so I updated the kernel.
After the update, I encountered UI freezing issues. By "freezing," I mean:
The mouse cannot interact with ComfyUI at all.
Right-clicking brings up a generic browser context menu instead of ComfyUI's menu.
Left-clicking can't drag any nodes.
Strangely, the freezing doesn't affect the entire UI—only specific areas. It feels like those areas are "covered by a piece of glass."
The first time this happened, I switched back to the original (unupdated) version, and everything worked fine again. However, that version's kernel is too outdated to support Flux quantized models.
I searched online but couldn't find anyone with the same issue, so I'm asking for help here.
