ComfyUI ignoring changes to node settings (after new UI layout(?))

Hello, anyone else having the same issue with comfy not taking account new changes to node settings after cancelled generation? Usually I have to "Queue and cancel" at least 4 times untill comfy recognizes the changes I made to the node settings, sometimes even more than 4 times. I never had such issue before the overhaul of the UI layout (not really sure it it's related to the new layout. I observed the issue after the UI update).
