apps::microsoft::hyperv::2012::local::plugin --mode=node-integration-service: problem with special chars

Using a hyper-v server installed for example with german language the plugin will fail, because it could be possible that some service name could contain special chars:

It should be better to encode the json response, otherwhise you will get an error like
