I'm seeding some files. Then I found some of the downloader, which client display as "aria2/1.37.0" or other version (like aria2/1.##.0 ).
But, the most important is, their progress always display 0.00%. (Obviously, they are leechers)
They gradually appeared more and more frequently in recent months.
And ban their IP is only a short-term solution because they can change their IP.
Here's my opinion about it:
If someone who downloading but their progress always display 0.00% in some times,
(for example: Progress is always 0.00% in 3 mins. And their transmission speed is over 128kb/s in average).
They will be automatically banned for some times.
These standard of criterion,
(Abnormal progress duration, average speed and ban times)
can be set by users.
Because it need to avoid the influence for normal downloader who using these banned IPs after these leechers change their IP.
Normal downloaders are innocent.
