Write semi-automatic update script

This package wraps the Python library PM4Py and should try to follow their releases closely (at least in the non CRAN dev version). Updating is currently only a matter of editing the file:
https://github.com/bupaverse/pm4py/blob/master/R/version.R
and testing if everything still works fine.

We should have some script doing this automatically and integrated with the CI/CD pipeline to catch errors and inform a maintainer.
