This is now essentially a final release

• Added online update check via GitHub Pages
• Refined and polished the latest stable release commits
• Addressed the unfortunate release timing of TidyOS and Crapfixer (almost simultaneous) here: GitHub Issue #23
• Prepared options pages and offloaded some built-in features
• Unlocked dev versions, which will be released from time to time
• Various smaller improvements
• UI fixes

I downloaded the whole zip and there is no exe file in there. I thought I needed to compile it myself.
