Pausing Every time.

Anything I can do to try and minimize this happening? I can't get it to work at all. Did it a couple of weeks ago and it worked but now I can't get it to work completely. Most of the time stopping on the first 1000, and if not, then 1000-2000. Furthest I got was like 20000 which was an outlier because all the other times I only got as far as previously stated and I don't know what the variable was.

Ive tried running as admin, tried not running as admin.

this happens to me, too. i have 8900 items identified, and it makes it to 7000-8000 without issue, but then pauses on 8000+
