[Feature Request] Support Refresh Token Rotation

Hi all,

A new feature Refresh Token Rotation was introduced to Amazon Cognito https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2025/04/amazon-cognito-refresh-token-rotation/.
Is there any plan to implement this into the library? That could significantly improve the user experience by preventing unexpected sign-outs, as well as enhance the app's security.
