Auth0 - Custom Domain Auth/Logging in

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Is there a configuration option for authenticating with the MCP library to an Auth0 Private Tenant that has its own custom domain name? I am not seeing how its possible.

Describe the ideal solution

Ideally I am assuming this would be an extra attribute to specify the custom domain name for our tenant.

@stephenbawks we're tentatively planning to support this by early July. I'll keep this issue updated if timelines change.
