Star SK1 series printers

Updating to a in cabinet printer Star Micronics SK1-311 model and moving away from the table top units. Star added support for the SK1 series in version 5.12.0 on 2019/10/10. I hoped to simply connect the device and use the starprnt to drive it, no luck. Has anyone experienced an issue with the newer Star models and how did you solve for it?

@kujmo Did you find any solution to make the code works with your SK1 kiosk printer ?

I will start on it in a few days, forking the repo and updating the api bindings if needed.
