Use-case: Authoring platform

As a provider of an authoring platform, I want to support the entire arXiv submission process in my user interfaces, so that end users don’t need to leave my platform to submit to arXiv (except perhaps to login and authorize my application). That means that I should be able to access all of the information and actions that an end-user would have access to if they were using the arXiv submission interface directly.
