reduce bitstream loading and location confusion

Are the *.bit files in  /opt/bitstreams/ required or can they be removed?

Do we need the bin files in /opt/bitstreams/ for anything?

document that only the bin files in /lib/firmware can actually be loaded into the fpga

What are the bin/bit files in /opt/axiom-firmware/peripherals/bitstreams/ used for?
