docs: remove duplicated line in Running tests with act section

SUMMARY

This PR removes a redundant sentence in the Running locally using a test script section of the development docs. Previously, the following line appeared twice:

“There is also a utility script included in the Superset codebase to run Python integration tests. The readme can be found here.”

This update deletes the duplicate, improving clarity and cleaning up the copy. No changes to functionality, just docs tidy-up.
