Dashboard Filter dropdown input obscured on smaller screens views

Bug Description

When using a dashboard filter of type Value, the dropdown menu overlaps and hides the input field on smaller
screen resolutions or when browser zoom is increased.

Reproduction

1. Go to the example Sales Dashboard
2. Reduce screen height (with devtools)
3. Click on a select filter
