Querying for the existence of a given resource UUID #33755

Bug description

The issue #32413 discussed the difficulty in correlating resource definitions obtained from exports and resources obtained from the live servers via the HTTP GET /api/v1/{resource}/ endpoint.

As an addition to this PR, it would be extremely useful if these APIs included uuid in their search_columns definitions, so that you could query for the exported resources with known UUIDs directly.
