Steps to Reproduce

Change any value of the markArea, or just load the chart, and there will be no animation.

Current Behavior

Loading and editing markArea values not animate it on the chart compared to bars, markLine etc

Expected Behavior

It should behave the same way as any other element, since it as support for animation (animation. properties)

duplicate of #18642 (started with #4586). Probably a documentation bug, markArea does not support animation AFAIK.
