display issue remote links

Thanks for this amazing tool.

I was hoping to see issue remote/web links when I run jira issue view <ticket>. Currently, we only see related issues in the links section.

Check out --raw switch for jira issue view. Depending on what you're tying to accomplish, it might come handy for pulling it off with some scripting.
