Bug - slider - first tab label always shows on mobile

Describe the bug
When I use a slider block with slide titles for each slide. If I am looking at the slider on mobile, the slide titles do not scroll through as I swipe through the slides. It's stuck on the first slide title, whilst I'm seeing the other slides.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a new post and add a slider block
2. add a few slides with a slide title and an image for each one
3. preview - works on desktop
4. preview on smaller screen - scroll through the slides and see the slide title stays the same.

Expected behaviour
the slide title should match the slide you are viewing

Actual behaviour
on mobile, the slide title doesn't match as you swipe through. it's stuck on the first slide title.
