Bug - Featured image not overwriting Yoast OG image on AR site

Describe the bug
When on the Arabic site, changing the featured image did not update the OG image tag as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Arabic version of the site.
2. Change the featured image of a post.
3. Observe that the header image updates as expected.
4. Check the OG image tag in the page source or via a social sharing debugger.
5. Notice that the OG image remains unchanged.
6. Clear the cache and check again OG image still does not update.

Expected behaviour
The OG image tag should update automatically when the featured image is changed.

Actual behaviour
The OG image tag did not change despite updating the featured image and clearing the cache.

Additional context
The issue was resolved only when using the Yoast UI to manually update the OG image.

I can only reproduce this if I manually set an OG image in the Yoast metabox and then change the featured image. Was there an image selected in the Yoast metabox when you changed the featured image?
