how to show full requested URL instead of relative link

Hello, I have some websites running on the server and it would be useful to have a full URL in the report instead of relative URL.
How can I get it? Is it possible?

Should I change some Nginx config to have the full URL of the requested resource?

I see. Are you recording the vhost somehow? e.g., https://example would it be always part of the referrer?

As long as the host (e.g., example.com) is being logged somewhere, then yes, otherwise, goaccess has no idea which host to prepend.
