Problem after update PIM to 7.0 - pim:job-automation:push-scheduled-jobs-to-queue not available

Entire update was performed in accordance with the documentation.
Unfortunately, action push-scheduled-jobs-to-queue does not work.

I have the same error. the docs are not updated either... no info anywhere. i am very surprised… @

as in akeneo/pim-community-dev#19972, it looks this job never existed in CE, but referngcing this here just in case.
