  pgTyped is mostly a compile-time library at the moment. To bring advanced functionality like array, composite and custom type parsers we need to add a runtime layer to it and integrate more tightly with `node-postgres`. Such an integration will be made up of multiple steps and tasks which this milestone tracks.
