Consider switching to `antlr4` from `antlr4ts`

See issue tunnelvisionlabs/antlr4ts#542, I'm getting this all of a sudden.

Switching to antlr4 as this is more well maintained (last commit 5 days ago vs 4 years ago)

Additional context
antlr4 should support typescript now.
