When I enter the Chinese symbol: '，' the character after the cursor will be replaced by this symbol.

When the Vim plugin is enabled, as I demonstrated in the video, I only typed the '：' once, but two '：' appeared in vscode, and the second ':' character overwrote the first character after the cursor. This problem disappears when I disable the Vim plugin.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Chinese input method.
2. Input:"：". (the position of ':' is the same as in English)
3. See error

Expected behavior
Only input one character and it will not overwrite the character.
