  Update SimEng's Unit and Regression test suites to be more comprehensive, as well as boulster the checks performed by Jenkin's for each PR to have (at least) a wider coverage of benchmarks and Operating Systems.

• Updated model confiuration passing and usage

  With issues from the use of YAML-CPP, we look to integrate a new header-only library rapid yaml. In addition to this, a new global simulation information class is to be created as a way to have a centralised location for all simulation configuration details. The way in which new config options are added will also be updated to better suit new users and flexibility with future options.
