1. GoogleMaps should be loaded using an iframe snippet. Reference the existing library site for google maps implementation pattern OR check their embed API https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/embed/get-started
2. As this page is a one off, some layout elements will need to be created and styled at the page level, such as the section of 3 blocks near the top. Make these elements as flexible as possible, as 3 blocks may need to flex to 2 or 4 blocks in the future.
3. Slight differences in section headers (uppercase vs sentence case) between desktop & mobile should be ignored, please use the Desktop styles & wording where there is a difference (confirmed by Serena)
