Seed not working for gif animation

Hey, the program has been working great for me asides from one issue: when I use a seed the gif outputs as static and not an animation. I've tried both via Python and command line implementations and the result is the same, a static image. I'm passing True for gif argument.

I have a similar problem. Even when running a test file in the test_image_to_gif function, the resulting animation is output as a static image.
