Removed the distutils package in python 3.12

The package has been removed in the latest stable version of Python, will it be possible to update custom tkinter to the new version? or will it become obsolete?

I was testing a project in python version 3.12 and according to the official documentation they removed the distutils packaging package, so the only solution is to return me to python 3.9
