ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tb-nightly (from gfpgan) (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tb-nightly

Same issue. I have used a conda env with python3.10.

同样的问题，用的清华源的pip出现问题，换到aliyun的pip源就解决了。

这个问题折腾了好久。。。。。
