Can you please modify your program so that it works under a user profile?

Hello, having encountered a refusal to let TOR users into some sites, I decided to use your ProtonVPN program, but it turned out that, unlike the TOR network client Orbot, it cannot work when installed in a user profile.
Your client writes that he or the user does not have the rights to create a VPN (but Orbot can create a VPN!)
Can you please modify your program so that it works under a user profile in the same way as the Orbot VPN client? You can read more about user profiles here:
