Feature Suggestion:
An option to add a file with a list of domains to test (like the currently option to add a custom dns) and the test would check all that domains and inform how much domains was blocked by a certain dns.
Besides that, it could also works with DoT and DoH custom dns, but that's an extra suggestion.
