[ENH] prepare example YAML files

for popular BIDS Apps + recent stable version:

• toy BIDS App
• fMRIPrep - 23.1.3
• fMRIPrep with FreeSurfer results ingressed - 23.1.3
• QSIPrep - 0.18.1 (latest version on docker)
  • Find --sloppy version YAML file of this BIDS version in babs_tests repo
• XCP-D - 0.4.0

older versions of fMRIPrep: - to show how to apply BABS on older versions/legacy output layout (added on 7/13/23)

• fMRIPrep - e.g., 20.2.3
• fMRIPrep with FreeSurfer results ingressed - e.g., 20.2.3

Also to clean the README.md table:

• For YAML files for old BIDS Apps:
  • move those YAML files to babs_tests github repo
  • no need to do: make another README in the sub-folder, saying they're for old BIDS Apps + tested with old BABS version. We encourage you using the updated YAML files in the main folder. If you do use these old YAML files, please see if it's still working w/ current BABS version + you could get desired results.
  • no need to do; i have clarified in the README | change fMRIPrep --anat-only to fMRIPrep FreeSurfer, as only FreeSurfer results are saved, and other anatomical derivatives (e.g., transforms) (in fmriprep folder for old fmriprep layout) are discarded/not saved into output RIA.

Question: what is a good way to name them?

• short but clear
• make sure the version name is also included in the filename?

Renaming was completed in PR #98
