[QUESTION]：moe a2a overlap

I have a question, patch in https://github.com/lhb8125/Megatron-LM/tree/dev?tab=readme-ov-file#1f1b-with-a2a-overlap can get overlap income, but why patch in https://github.com/NVIDIA/Megatron-LM/commit/8333bd5bb6de2bdbdb3ebebf224b4a339a04ec90 can't be overlapped during the same settings?
