Add catalogus mails to "booking_mails_to_cudi" and "booking_mails_to_sysadmin" #270
Description
At the moment catalogus mails will automatically be send to the bookstore and the sysadmins (in cc). This should be dependent on the value of "booking_mails_to_cudi" and "booking_mails_to_sysadmin".
