Better scrolling for counts and statistic tables #6428
Description
There are some tables which get quite large (e.g. https://beta.lmfdb.org/Groups/Abstract/stats and https://olive.lmfdb.xyz/padicField/?search_type=FamilyCounts). It would be good to have these scroll internally (as is done for the embeddings section of CMFs) rather than using the scroll for the overall page. Getting sticky rows and columns working is annoying though.
