The rationality for creating this project
A rust client for openai APIs, which support most kind of model services, like OpenAI、Azure、Groq、Together、OpenRouter, ollama, but also should support openai-incompatible model services like Anthropic Claude、Google Gemini、HuggingFace API.
Meanwhile, it would be better to support other advanced features like rate limiting, failover policy, etc..
