Proposal to make correspondance between Ntap and Ptap annotation between Xschem and Klayout LVS #597
Description
In xschem when you instanciate Ptap or Ntap you can specify the Width and Length. But in KLayout LVS its extracted as a perimiter and Area. This makes it quite hard to have correspondance between schmatic and LVS, since you would have to adjust it to fit in the netlist. This is espacially relevant when we make costum Tap connection, such as tap rings. I propose to make it possible to annotate the Area and Perimieter in Xschem and directly push this to the netlist.
