[Feature Request] Support icons customization using configuration profiles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great if customization could be done with out recompiling the application.

Supporting customization using a configuration profile in a way similar to Support.app or Jamf Setup Manager would really help decrease the work and complexity of mass deploying this tool

Hi @everetteallen have you already checked the configurable keys in the wiki? What additional customisation would you like?

Yes we would love to be able to use SF Symbol to customize the icons presented during the migration dialogs without having to compile the application. The current configuration profile does not seem to allow for this. It would be great to have a binary release that can be customized without compiling since we don't need change the app identifier, etc.

Got it. Are the page icons the only element you're missing in an ideal element customisation's list? just to get an idea of what this FR should cover.
