[Feature Request] Allow Standard User accounts to migrate applications

Please consider allowing Standard User accounts to migrate applications.

With Standard User accounts on macOS 15.2 (source and destination), applications can't be migrated.

Temporarily promoting the Standard User accounts to be local administrators allows applications to be migrated as expected.

In the UK we have Cyber Essentials security accreditations which restrict the use of local admin privileges. The ability to migrate applications using standard privileges would be greatly appreciated.

Probably worth noting this current limitation in the wiki notes (I spent the last few hours trying to troubleshoot the issue 🙂).
