W1D2 Tutorial 4 ECCO data incorrect #274
Description
In W1D2 Tutorial 4 the 'Loading Atmospheric and Oceanic Reanlysis Data' section: the ECCO file is labelled as 2016 (and compared to surface winds from 2016) but the time stamp of the actual data file is 2014. We need to correct this data, reupload to OSF and update the link in this tutorial.
