EAPG Rates on Price Transparency Machine Readable File Requirment

Price Transparency Machine Readable file we have several ACO Medicaid contracts where we negotiated a rate, outpatient services are a percentage above Medicaid/MassHealth. Medicaid/ MassHealth is an EPAG pricing, and it is proprietary information under 3M of how the claim is grouped to an EAPG.

On th MRF could we list the Algorithm, with a note that the information is proprietary information? Or are required to calculate the EAPG amount with the Negotiated increase, where an EAPG amount would apply to the outpatient service, and add it to negotiated Dollar amount on the MRF?
