CSTM-ALL descriptions are inconsistent

When different carriers have different CSTM-ALL descriptions, it makes it very difficult to make a useful comparison between them. For example, OBS for one carrier might indicate observation codes such as g0378, or it might indicate revenue code 0762. Another example - Alternative therapies 1 vs Therapy/Other 1.

Can we get a set of values and the codes they represent for CSTM-ALL? Otherwise, as stated, garnering meaning from this is very difficult.

Is there any update on this? There are many values in the UHC files that I have been unable to find a definition for. I do not think these values are approved values. One can make some assumptions, but there should be a definition set somewhere.
