Allowed-Amount files per EIN

At BCBSSC, we are planning to use EIN within a table-of-contents file since we do not always have HIOS code. Concerning Allowed-Amount files, are we allowed to group multiple EINs to one allowed-amount file containing cumulative charged amounts for all these EINs, or do we need to build a separate Allowed-amount file for each EIN.? This would literally mean creating thousands of Allowed-Amount files every month.
