Description
Is it correct to interpret that, if the 4 fields below are populated (appearing under the "In-Network" object), then the same set of these fields appearing under the 'Bundle Code object' and 'Covered Services Object" can be left 'blank'?
If interpretation above is not true/correct, can CMS/GitHub provide guidance/illustration on what cases can co-exist.
If interpretation above is true/correct, can Plans further interpret that for every 'Provider rate record', only 1 out of the 3 sets (of these 4 fields) would be populated while the other 2 would be 'blank'?
