Okay I just looked this over and can not quiet figure out what exactly you wanted.
Homeassistant can only send notifications, not receive them?

It can receive them, see https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Notify_homeassistant

To avoid adding many endpoints manually, you could just add an apprise endpoint (https://github.com/caronc/apprise-api), which will let the user define whatever notification endpoint they prefer through apprise.
