Display cloned/used branch

Hi. When chatting with Aina today, we discussed how it was a little bit confusing that the Autosubmit GUI displays the branch in minimal.yml but not necessarily the branch that was cloned/being used for that run.

For example, I accidentally originally created my experiment t06o with the main branch. When I realized my mistake, I changed the field in minimal.yml to my testing branch and ran autosubmit create t06o (I now know I should've used the refresh command instead). In the GUI, it displayed my branch as 1077-add-notify_on-in-the-jobs-sections when really it was the main branch that had been cloned and was being used.

1. Is it possible to display the branch that was actually cloned/being used rather than the one that's in minimal.yml?
2. If they differ, would it be possible to display some warning or visual indicator that the user's branch in minimal.yml is different from the one that was cloned/being used in reality?

That should be doable, @dmcclainbsc , a good improvement. Not sure how hard/complicated it'd be without looking at the code, but IMHO definitely doable.

We probably have the same issue with the Autosubmit version. There's a version in YAML, but if you upgrade and run autosubmit create -f, I believe it will not change the AS version.

About the values differing… I think we can think about it a bit. Maybe we display a warning, or update the value... Something that's less likely to cause confusion to users (or even to tools that may read these values programmatically and pick the wrong branch or AS version etc.).

I think that fixing it to the original one could be complicated for some users who might want to change that value in the future. Then, they'll need to create the experiment again to update it.

The best thing for it could be to have a new field original_branch, original_model, and original_commit to store the initial data, which we don't have nowadays. Then, this issue should be transferred to the autosubmit repo because this data has to be stored when doing autosubmit create.

Yeah, I don't think it should be fixed to the original but it should display whatever the output of autosubmit describe is.
